Terms and Conditions of Service

Service Scope 

Service Details: 

Stay Clean C&T LLC offers professional carpet cleaning, stain removal, upholstery cleaning, and tile and grout cleaning services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services do not include furniture moving, pest control, repairs, or guaranteed removal of pet stains or odors. 

Area Coverage: 

Pricing is determined either per room or per square foot, depending on the service package selected. A minimum service charge or area requirement may apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 

Heavy Soiling & Stains: 

Additional charges may apply for areas with heavy soiling, high-traffic wear, or stubborn stains that require multiple treatments. Customers will be informed of such charges prior to service. 

Pet Hair & Dander: 

Due to the nature of pet hair and dander, complete removal cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, residual odors or particles may persist even after professional cleaning. 

Stain Removal Guarantee: 

While our team uses advanced methods and products, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, particularly those that are old, set-in, or chemically altered. 

Additional Services: 

Optional services such as odor neutralization and stain protectants are available for an extra fee and must be requested at the time of booking or during the service visit. 

Payment Terms 

Payment Methods: 

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and Checks (with valid ID).

Payment Schedule: 

Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in writing prior to the appointment. 

Late Fees: 

Invoices not paid within 7 days of service may be subject to a 5% late fee, recurring monthly until paid in full. 

Cancellation Fees: 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. 

Taxes: 

All prices are subject to applicable Florida state sales tax, which will be included on your final invoice unless otherwise noted. 

Liability 

Limitation of Liability: 

Stay Clean C&T LLC shall not be held liable for damage due to: Pre-existing wear, damage, or defects; Shrinkage, discoloration, or texture change; Improper installation or manufacturer faults; Damage caused by customer negligence or failure to disclose issues. 

Pre-existing Conditions: 

We are not responsible for stains or damage that existed before our service or for damage to fragile items not removed prior to cleaning. 

Hidden Defects: 

Stay Clean C&T LLC disclaims liability for issues revealed during cleaning, such as water damage, mold, or carpet separation. 

Third-Party Liability: 

If subcontractors or third parties are involved in the service, we are not responsible for their actions or any resulting damages.

Insurance: 

Stay Clean C&T LLC maintains general liability insurance. Proof of coverage is available upon request. 

Cancellation and Scheduling 

Cancellation Policy: 

To avoid cancellation fees, customers must notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. 

Rescheduling: 

Rescheduling may be done up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time, subject to availability. 

No-Show Policy: 

If a technician arrives and cannot access the property or the customer is unavailable, a $50 no-show fee will apply. 

Access to Premises: 

Customers are responsible for providing safe, clear, and unimpeded access to the service areas. 

Time of Service: 

Appointments are scheduled within a 2-hour arrival window. While we aim for punctuality, delays due to traffic or prior jobs may occur. 

Legal and Governing Law 

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. 

Jurisdiction: 

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Your County], Florida. 

Privacy Policy

Stay Clean C&T LLC respects your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for scheduling and billing purposes and will not be shared or sold to third parties. 

Entire Agreement 

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the customer and Stay Clean C&T LLC. 

Indemnification 

By accepting service from Stay Clean C&T LLC, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from use of our services.
